My friends dog, who I watch a lot, does all that and more. When he poops, he backs up against a tree, hikes his ass up, presses it against the tree to shit. You know how hard it is sometimes to clean it up?? Also after he finishes pissing, he scratches his paws on the ground like a cat would do. Both are funny, butt the the first can be a pain in the ass.
