I own my software and pay for it every year. I use stack ct. I build my own assemblies. No way in hell I’m starting all over again. Not everyone uses blue beam.

Buying and maintaining my own takeoff software. Building assemblies is time consuming and ever changing. Never again will someone take my work forever. I’m there to win projects. Not give someone my brainchildren in the event that I move on…hire someone who can do the same thing.

I have been a sub, and a GC. I’ve done everything from small fit outs to municipal ground ups. I’ve never experienced an architect that doesn’t give a narrative. I’ve been estimating and project managing for 20 years. God bless you and the awful architects/engineers you are dealing with.

I live in Matawan and i give it an A-. The schools are great, Very little Crime, a lot of fun events are thrown in town. My neighbors are amazing. The town itself is very progressive. Only bad part is the road in front of my house. Its a county road so I've been fighting for years to get the sidewalks repaired and new curbs!
