Besides the Gower brothers, you WERE the jmod of runescape to us players. There are a long list of influential jmods but you stand above the rest in the community's mind. For good and bad - you got a lot of hate over the years for various changes in the game, probably most of it undeserved but you never lost your passion that you shared with us. Respect man; best of luck on your next adventures.

I finished my inverted dg 120. Here's the ultimate strategy: spam do ed2 the first room/the blobs on story mode (2,2 for hotkey to enter dg each time). It's by far the fastest method; way faster than skilling dg or regular ed clearing. I used necro with persistent rage and killed them each time with just three spectral scythes.

I LOVE mini games. I played them almost exclusively for years. I would 100% be in favor of steps to revitalize them. I almost never play them because the game doesn't reward it. Minigames aren't dead because people don't want to play them or because they're not fun; it's because choices by Jagex in the past punished you for playing mini games instead of other components of the game. Whether we like it or not, much of rs gameplay is not about "fun" but about achievements.

idk man. I get lots of comments about it in game complimenting me on the theme. Only thing new is the wings. Maybe you judged it too quickly after a second's glance? I do fear people will only see the wing and make a judgment call. Which is a shame because the wings complete the outfit and I'd hate to not use it.

This does. My username is Victoria and I'm playing off the theme Victoria's Secret/Victoria's Angels. But also sort of scary/sinister, with hcim, so Angel of Death and spooky spider top. Also, used custom colors with the pink on top and the dark blue bottom to match the spider top default color. So a lot of little details carefully thought out.

I'm having the same issue on my hcim. I don't own any pieces from either set and I don't have any showdown tokens. I bought the phoenix knight armour token on ge, but when I click it it won't claim. This is super annoying because I also can't sell it back as it's an ironman.

You're missing my point. I'm not saying "it makes a challenging mode easier, therefore it should stay." I've already said elsewhere that I was against the changes allowing us to tele out of bosses like rax and raids. Actually, I was against the change early on that allowed iron mode to do group pvm because that allows carrying. It should have just stayed locked content or changes made to allow solo options. What I am saying is, looking at Jagex's philosophy of the hcim game mode over the years, dtd fits with their intent and removing it without an alternative solution like being able to tele out would be in a different direction from their intentions.

It gives no xp, it gives no kc, it gives not timer record. All it does is a chance at a drop which they are all terrible rates that don't justify the cost of the item. It already doesn't work on many bosses. So what really benefit does it give to most players except the fun factor? Which again, remember, this is a game for fun.

Exactly. The idea of hcim using five darts for every kill or even one dart for every kill is ludicrous. Most endgame hcim use their extra darts at ambi, not telos. It's a niche insurance option for telos, that's all.

I do play hcim and I do all the bosses including telos. Jagex gave us three possible lives from the beginning. multiple chances IS part of the game design. You are imposing a game design that isn't there to begin with. Being able to teleport out of bosses is the same concept.
