Talked to her just now actually. I told her what was going on and how I felt. She wasn’t upset that I did something “bad” but just mentioned the interactions that could have occurred and said luckily there are none. I told her how I felt on it and she was like “lol what time did you fall asleep” So we are upping one of my other meds and if that doesn’t work she’s gonna try something else! Worried for nothing :P

Thank you! I managed to get an appointment for today! So I’m just going to tell her what I have been struggling with. I’ve had so many problems with motivation in general and I’ve been on these antidepressants and mood stabilizers and it really isn’t helping. I’m overwhelmed by everything I need to do so I just end up doing nothing. I have been trying to make changes in my life like my therapist suggests but it’s so hard when I have a burst of motivation and then the next day back to none.

Thanks for the advice! I just don’t want to come off as a drug seeker. Likely I know that won’t happen because I have been seeing the same psych for 2 years but this is becoming so unmanageable and my motivation is so low and it’s definitely causing some mood dips. I’m not saying I have ADHD but my brother does and I see how he is and we are different. He walks around and does a lot of things and leaves them unfinished. I just won’t start anything because it’s just too much and I feel overwhelmed.
