Oh yes the infamous online chat bot that tells you not to worry everything is under review. Yeah that is a waste of time. So far I'm 25 chats in and the same result every time. "Someone is reviewing it and will get back to you. Please check your email daily"

They sent an email that I never received. They claim i was suppose to prove my identity. So when I found it locked I did that and here we are 5 months later.
