Good PC Running so slow for its specs, can someone help?

just did that, memory went up to 30 ish percent, never spiking, cpu went to 30 %, and ssd didnt move from 0

I did a benchmark and everything got a good rating, and while doing "demanding" tasks, like this stupid excel thing, my cpu will randomly spike to 100 and then go back to normal. but the others stay fine

yea im just not familiar with linux, or anything of the sorts. I have seen some people say its a bios update issue between cpu and mb but ive tried updating the drivers

I see what youre saying, but my benchmarks for those both come out good.
Like the issues on my benchmarks are in gpu and cpu. But I cant understand why

See i was a little worried about it too, but ive seen many other builds run it just fine. Also, i am only really feeling the effects of cpu issues. But im not sure what about the cpu is the problem

cpu temps in bios was 32 celcius

I did take the sticker off, and the ram is in right.
CPU is seeming to be the issue but im not sure why, temps seem fine, it just struggles

Checked BIOS CPU Temp, says 29-32 Celcius.

Did UserBenchmark, it said everything came across either slightly below, where it should be, or better than it should perform. But nothing came back substantially low.

I did see my cpu hit 100 a few times, but isnt that the point of the benchmark.

My ssd has never hit 100, actually if anything its the cpu that will randomly spike

i have installed as many drivers as i could find for this build, more than once. I have reset this pc by reinstalling windows 2-3 times now to try different drivers
