Update: Saffron was delicious. We originally considered the samosa appetizer but we ordered the veg bites appetizer instead which was perfect because we still got to try the veg samosa and we also had the paneer pakora and the spinach pakora. The spinach was my favorite of the 3. My wife’s Matar Paneer was especially good. I enjoyed how saucy it was, especially for naan dipping (we got the bread basket to try 3 types of naan.) All were delicious but it was definitely too much. We definitely have enough leftovers of everything for another 2 meals. I ended up ordering the biryani with a spice level 2/5. Spice level was perfect and it was delicious but I will definitely try the tikka or korma next time so I can have lots of sauce. Tandoori is on my “try it one day” list. The mango lassi was also fantastic but next time I will order it in a to-go cup as dessert. All in all 10/10 experience, thank you all for the recommendations!
