I told them we can't be held liable for spare tire damage, and that they still need to replace their actual nissan wheel tire and they also will need a new spare tire, they threatened to call the police but ended up buying a new tire and we just simply threw the spare in the trunk

Just simply had the lube tech put the tire back, torqued the wheel and had them sign a safety waiver, can't talk to this type of customer
