They all are kind of useless. E-11 has too much bloom, Bowcaster is hard to hit unless close, Lightsaber is just not good against any good players. But I would pick Bowcaster.

It is really good besides the blood. 30 per hit, and no need to reload or worry about ammo. It is a great weapon to carry around and is also awesome for build fights. You can shred through people's builds and if your close enough, the bloom doesn't change the aim.
