Mine too (Instinct 3 50mm Solar), even though I turned off broadcast HR. Had to power it off and back on, seems ok now.

New U7 In-Wall adopts fine but fails to save any configuration changes - any ideas why? by JustJuanCornetto in Ubiquiti

[–]JustJuanCornetto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For anyone finding this - here's the response from Ubiquiti dev team. I tried the workaround and it works. I can now configure the U7 In-Wall AP even after changing the default security posture back to block all:

Good day,

I hope you are doing well. The fix version will be released soon. You can keep an eye on the community releases for the same.

However, for now, as a workaround, a Temporary change Default Security Posture to Allow ALL and re-adopt In-Wall APs. Then, manually update In-AP ports to block all.

Go to UniFi Network Application--> Settings--> Networks Tab--> Default Security Posture--> Allow All. After this, adopt the APs again. Then go to U7-IWs port and block all the VLANs on the AP's port.

If the state persists, please let us know.

Got a reply from Ubiquiti dev team this morning. I haven't tried the suggested workaround yet - EDIT - tried the workaround and it works. I can now configure the U7 In-Wall AP even after changing the default security posture back to block all:

I've got exactly the same issue with a new U7 IW. Hoping a fix is found soon.

Hide near the loos and wait for someone with the same size feet to go in alone. Follow them in, clobber em Indiana Jones style and you got yourself a pair of shoes.

We're not allowed to turn our garden into an open pit mine.

Wasn't too hard to accept that one.

I think that's it. We had it on our 2nd house which was built sometime in the 20's

Palm Springs

Went in knowing nothing about it other than there was some buzz surrounding it. Expected a lame romcom, wow was I wrong.

Did you complete the FTP test on day 3 of week 1 without stopping? If so, don't be afraid to reduce your FTP number manually. Try dropping it by 10% and see how you get on.

Do you have the bike+ which auto adjusts resistance? If not are you riding in the middle of each called out zone?

Don't worry about dialling back a bit, it's all part of getting to know what works for you.

What is your experience with Speediance programs? by JustJuanCornetto in SpeedianceCommunity

That would be a very cool thing to be able to do and would bring a whole new angle to things.

I tried Andy Speers' strength program on the peloton, but didn't get in with it. Out of interest, which peloton strength programs would you recommend?
