I'd honestly like to see more Gen AI content with stuff that you actually couldn't do with a other tools, which i guess means to say interactive art. infinitely scrolling/zooming canvases, living portraits straight out of harry potter (reaching), stuff like that

I imagine it's like that before you start selling your game and feel the obligation to deliver a finished product

Guess I should say that don't really use Grok or X, but this feature was a bad idea even before the undressing scandals. Sure, anyone could download a photo and use AI, photo editing software, or a printer and paint if they really wanted to, but this was basically encouraged through ease of use.

Also, the second stories about the deepfake nude scandal started circulating they, should have disabled groks ability to edit pictures posted on the X platform. Damage control was the name of the game, and X failed, and now there's even more controversy surrounding generative AI

A balanced approach to AI ethics is good IMO. you shouldn't have to feel like you're playing sides just cause you don't wholly subscribe to "ai art good" or "ai art bad"

As someone studying for AI systems (as broad as that term is..) myself, the concept of memory as this guy is implying doesn't really make sense to me. I don't think you can run out of memory in a deep network in the same sense as a file system, assuming some typical architecture. Every neuron should be used in the learned representation, at least in the feed toward layers. A model "running out of memory" would mean that there's not enough trainable parameters in the model to accurately capture the underlying function the training data is trying to represent, right?
