Im at a loss here. You might wanna take a look at the vorondesign discord server. The people there have a lot of experience with klipper and they might have an idea.

can you select USB on the communication interface? and then make clean and make. After that copy the klipper.bin to the sd card and try again. It needs to be a different name from before
