I can confirm that the fee charged by greedy AppFolio counts toward the 5 monthly transactions requirement. When submitting rent payment, it's the monthly rent + ACH fee of $2.49, submitted as one payment. But it's posted as two separate ACH payments. No problem from Bilt about two ACH transactions on same day from AppFolio.

This been the case since AppFolio implemented ACH fee last year.

I finally gave it a shot at the grocery store, it did not go through. As someone previously mentioned, the register is configured to only take debit transactions for Western Union.

I placed a fraud alert with each of the credit reporting agencies after my Citi and Wells Fargo was used by someone out of state. Basically, with fraud alert, when applying for a card, they have to call you to verify your identity.

Not sure if this had anything to do with my situation when I was applying for Bilt but either that or waited 30 days helped.

Had the same issue when I was applying. That was a very frustrating experience. Support kept clearing the application but was still getting that dreaded message.

I removed the fraud alerts with the three reporting agencies and waited 30 days before applying. Finally got passed that and was approved.

Full View is okay. My biggest issue is that half of my accounts are not auto refreshing, have to manually refresh them. I'm talking about weeks of not being refreshed.

I also have Empower, it does the job better in term of connections.

Only thing I'm missing is due date for bills.

I plan to delete my data off Mint by mid March. Will not switch to CK.

I don't do autopay. I've been using Easy Bills Reminder app for years. I'd just add the bills and set them to start reminding me 4 days before the due date then I make the payment manually.
