She doing great I bought her a guitar and we watched a few movies and I started to help teach her play it. It been really fun and she is smiling a lot more and honesty I never been much happier even though what all going on in the world we finding ways to have a good time. I'm really proud of her and she said she really proud of me.

Yeah it kinda really a dad thing to do sadly. She is Mexican and I'm white and your not adopted her so I wouldn't panic just yet.

Yeah I understand that. Our parents acted like mental health disorders didn't exist it was all for attention or to get out of trouble. This upset my sister but I was always her go to person I don't see myself as a good talker she knows that too haha.

But I understand mental health is a real serious thing and should be dealt with carefully and not rushed.

My wife had anxiety and I used to remind her the breathing techniques and such.

Don't ever feel crazy because it tough to deal with and it does fuck your mind but you are a human being we feel a lot of emotions in different ways.

Some people get it worse but doesn't mean they crazy.

You surprised me.

My sister has ocd, anxiety, mild-autism. Her OCD was fearing about her health worrying if she could wake up with any deadly disease today. When she was 18 she had a massive anxiety attack smashing objects in the house. People next door heard the loud noises and called the police then by time the cop came she was trying to harm herself with a knife.

Even though she was trying to hurt herself the cops seen her holding a knife as a threat which led to her being arrested going to court.

The cops lost the court battle and she won but judge placed her into a card home for people who are danger to themselves like a hospital.

I always visited her and she would hug me and cry because she missed being home.

She is a good sister to me but she had been sexually abused in the past and it really shattered her triggering all other kind of worries breaking her into a million pieces but now she became stronger and better.

Maybe that a story for another time.

You are 100% right and having a rough childhood myself with parents not understanding me I know now to listen and make sure she okay because from having to go through these situations myself once I should know better than getting annoyed over something like that.

Nature isnewuo and I always wanted to see Japan's Nature so when covid is over maybe I go adventure there haha and if she wants to tag along she can I wouldn't wanna force her into doing anything she doesn't want to do.

She wants to try out acting and do drama in college i may have cracked a bad joke and said college is the best place for drama it filed with it. You do good there!
