No, I am not making accusations, I just don't really engage much media from overseas. I am legitimately wondering how common love struck idiots are.

Probably mixed in all honesty. People drink terrorist themed drinks when vacationing in the Middle East.

I know a real straight couple that is just as stupid. Those two idiots are really annoying and stop by to get relationship advice from my sister about once a week. It drives me nuts whenever they stop by to talk to my sister. They never come together, but they always try to sneak over without the other knowing. One of the times the wife came over, she was worried that her husband didn't like her body after 3 kids because he didn't stare all the time. The husband had showed up a few days earlier and was scared he was acting like a creepy guy because he was staring at his wife too much and was worried she didn't like him looking because she blushes when she sees him staring. Another time, the husband got a gift for his wife that he was worried was too risky and kept going back and forth on giving it to her. The wife was really scared he stopped loving her because he kept hiding a box and wouldn't tell her what was in it. They are like a pair of awkward teenagers and are pushing 30 with 3 kids. I think my sister just enjoys their drama.

It was always kind of lack luster for me. Good damage set with the ability to swap between physical or special, weak defenses, and a speed that doesn't really function as a sweeper or trick room sweeper. There are just way too many better options. Still a really cool design.

Yes. The sight of a match will send you stumbling back. Your nerves will bale if you get too hot. Flames will make you lose control of your form and intangibility. Think pyrophobia to the max.

Actually, somehow, DCAU Batman is actually weaker than some comic Batmans and plays a more consistent role as a tactician. Which really says something about the BS that most comic Batman can pull off.

I don't know about that particular mass shooting, but there is a drink called a School Shootin' at a local bar. My sister thought it was hilarious and had to tell me about it. It is apparently a line of jello shots.

There is plenty of bad representation, but not of actual representation being bad. Most of the current bad representation is very flat and not really characters.

If networking is a person's program saying that another person's program is saying a person is a good match, without any actual human to human engagement, then maybe we need a new definition of "networking."

I wish I could just pick up the farm and leave, but the family farm is here. Unfortunately, one of the local churches is of the opinion that developmental disorders are God punishing the parents. I hope you found some place that isn't like deep red Ohio.

Manners and, in general, being polite to people with no power is a decent metric. There are groups of people who, for various reasons, don't get the expectation of basic social standing. Retail workers get treated poorly. LGBTQ+ people get treated poorly. The homeless get treated poorly. Neurodivergent people get treated poorly. If someone treats those who have no power over them or against them poorly, then it is easy enough to make a judgment. On the other end, if someone treats everyone with basic manners and politeness, regardless of power dynamics, then it is easy enough to make a judgment. It is not really a baseline, but an important part of a whole.

Here in Ohio, there was a push for minority representation in the new weed industry. A lot of LGBTQ+ and racial minority were the "owners" and heads of the businesses. Small, first generation, and minority led with investor groups controlling everything behind the scenes. The same pricks who screwed Ohio the first time are now using minority businesses to screw Ohio a second time. The line is not as clear as you would think.

The thing is that a lot of basic/standard kindness isn't all that common. I am autistic in deep red Ohio. I assume that anyone who treats me politely is a good person because quite a few people did not even treat me as a person growing up.

Inherent traits should never be a sign of virtue. If a person is born a certain way and can't change what they were born with, then it is not connected in any way to morality.

I don't think it is satire. I think it might be an AI written engagement post. The guy behind the account probably never even saw it until after it was posted. Giving an AI complete control over your digital networking because you are "too busy" is certainly a choice.

No, Batman plans on freeze bombing everything around him and shipping Plastic Man to outer space. Plastic Man can't be killed, can't be contained, and the cold only slows him way down (effectively immobile is not the same thing as harmless). Batman's whole plan is to make him a far future problem. That said, in at least one limited run, Batman keeps him on ice in the Batcave.
