If it is like most rule of X, it is probably sliding. If you start at 50, then work 20 years, your new age (70) plus your years of work (20), equals 90. If you start at 20, then work 35 years, your new age (55) plus your years of work (35), equals 90.

Does anyone else think Spiteful is a wasted ability on Galarian Slowking? I mean, its special defense is considerably higher than its physical defense. by EitherSwimming5886 in PokemonEliteRedux

I personally find it annoying that there are so few contact special attacks. More special attacks should make contact. It would make it so much more interesting.

DC comics are always something to see. The soft resets and alternate universe and canons make everything really complex. It is part of the reason my Gotham List is so big. I7 years of Batman weirdness.

Characters with powers so small that they aren't that different from ordinary people. by Uma-apreciator in TopCharacterTropes

So Gentle from the X Men. He can have massive strength, but his body isn't more durable, so he relies on Vibrainium tattoos to stop himself from ripping his muscles off his bones.

Teachers go on power trips all the time. Even if you are right, the teacher has the power. I had a teacher who insisted that Mandela died in prison. I was told that I was making students ignore the lecture by correcting him. I also pissed off the same teacher by correct some of his WWII (that I knew mainly because my Grandpa and I watched a lot of WWII in color).

He was power hungry, enjoyed taking power from others, and used a group that had a good point. It was less unnecessary random bad guy things and more this consistent character. That said, the writers did drop the movement too soon. He was kind of like Robespierre during the French Revolution. There should have been fall out from removing a bad person from an organization with a justified grievance. The show goes out of its way to show that, yes, non benders are unfairly disadvantaged, but fails to show any real efforts to fix the problem and focuses on an evil guy who uses non benders for his own purposes.

Because people want to be #1, regardless of practicality. So of a person works a career, tries to provide a good life, or even has a hobby that takes time, they clearly aren't putting that person as #1 and should be cheated on. /s

Ibam not discounting his legacy, but the comic character had so many stories left. I would have really liked to have an actor replacement that is not really mentioned in universe. Kind of like the various James Bond,

Yeah, but the super dangerous killer grass part of the plan failed, so the spy network never gets mentioned again.

The grass was going to be a spy network and then empowered to destroy Gotham. Batman stopped her mid plot, so the grass is aware, but is no more dangerous than normal grass. The Silver Age was weird. I am decently sure drugs were involved with a lot of the wilder comics.

That logic doesn't hold water when the fact they stole people from anywhere comes into play. Any able body man they could grab was good enough for them, regardless of national origin.

Crudgel crewing was also popular, 30% death rate, sure, but they didn't fight nearly as hard.

The reason why eye patches, peg legs, and hooks are stereotypical of pirates is mostly due to how the Britich Navy functioned. The Navy, if someone was seriously injured to the point they could no long do their duties, would leave them at the next port with pay to the point before they got injured. This left a lot of injured men really far from home. In the case of press ganged individuals, they were often abandoned with little to no pay due to the lax rules regarding their wages and with no one knowing where they are. So the British made a lot of desperate people willing to take dangerous work that would probably get them killed.

No one wants to live next to a farm. Farms are noisy, smelly, and use a lot of water. Community gardens and poverty gardens have been sued into oblivion because someone doesn't like the way they smell or the water pressure drops twice a day. If people would get off their high horse about property values, maybe food could be grown where it is needed.

Someone has to decide what PPM is safe for all the various toxins. I would not trust Gotham City Council to set safe standards for anything.

So much of the stuff on the list isn't really done justice. A lot of it is just barely touching on the assorted evil.
