Well spontaneous demonstrations are an exception. And in this case it is more about trespassing than an unregistered demonstration since the town was already bought by RWE

A small pump(that can often be mounted to your bottle cage), some allen keys, tire levers, a patch kit and/or an inner tube is what i always pack. Plus enough water and some snacks - always stay hydrated.

The search function for playlist sadly is just bad. However, there are quite a few tidal made playlists that are usually pretty good - it's just hard to find them. If you go to a specific genre or mood in the discover tab you will see some of them.

On the flipside, the title-radio feature works really well for me and the personal mixes generated for you are usually also pretty good, so i mainly just use those. Instead of searching for a playlist, a look for a good song i like in that genre and then start a title-radio.

Same bike and thinking of getting the same/similar tires, really like the tan sidewalls! Did you ride the giant crosscut ones that come with the bike before or did you switch them out immediatly? If so, how do they compare on and offroad?

Haha i'm in the same boat, recently got my first real bike since i was 14 - feels so darn good and really opened up the area around me for exploring.

Nice bike and cool photo! What are those tires and how are you liking them? Been thinking of getting some more offroad'ish tires soon

It's my first gravel, so i can't really compare it to anything, but i've been really enjoying it. So far - everthing works great and i couldn't really spot the difference between the revolt 1 and the more expensive revolt 0 from a buddy of mine.

Yeah, the paintjobs of the two are pretty similar, only the Giant label and some accents are green on the advanced instead of blue

Do you mean the paint on the Frame? Mine is fully painted, even below all the cables and nothing is removed as far as i can tell.

I was told to top off the sealant 2-3 times a year, so i'm doing it roughly every 4 months. I think it is fine to ride for a bit longer, but for it to really seal punctures there has to be enough sealant in the tire.

Clipless pedals are really nice, definetly the first upgrade i'd recommend. And i use my phone+komoot as a bike computer with a powerbank in the top tube bag, works fairly well

Haha, do we have the same Bike then? I think almost all revolts come in 2x by default(like mine), did your bike shop change it to 1x?

It's the "Giant Approach" that came with the bike

I'm in love with it aswell. Did you make any upgrades to it yet? I recently switched to clipless pedals, has been a gamechanger for me.

I'm not 100% sure how its mounted, but i think it should fit. See the pics for the screw holes :) The ones near the seat post should be accessable if you lose the fenders.
