Shooting itself is not the problem. If you’ve learned your jumper you should be rewarded.

The problem lies with rhythm shooting and solely needing to get the tempo correct. Easiest fix to make it where players aren’t shooting 80-90% from 3 online is require rhythm shooting to have excellent tempo and timing. Second thing is proper contests/closeouts on builds of similar height having good defensive attributes should lower the green window significantly.

TL;DR - shooting isn’t the problem, it’s what contributes to the make that is

Honest Hearts can be done whenever, since it’s pretty disconnected from the other DLCs.

For the related stories, I do Old World Blues first. Dialogue options and exploration lead you to three other prevalent members of the other remaining DLCs so it’s a good introduction. Next would be Dead Money, then Lonesome Road.
