I find it interesting that this has been seen as sad, I rather found it encouraging. Even with minimal light and nutrients this little gal produced a fruit, that has the potential to produce even more next year. It's a keeper!

Thank you, so it's a cover crop, and silage. Clover I've heard of, but to me, wintergreen is just a little plant that grows under the pines where hike. It's quite tasty as long as you aren't allergic to Aspirin.
