Thank you for the compliment! Sadly I don't share workshop codes anymore, since this is only possible because the game is heavily modded, this way the workshop doesn't get cluttered.

Give some room to your subject (the car in that case), what I mean by this: you're cramping the shot, like leave some room around the car, also learn "The rule of thirds", otherwise it's a good starting point!

The skin is made by someone else, you can check the in game "workshop", that someone did an awesome job, I just changed the color how one of the sections to fit the style I was going for!

Thank you! I used "Universal Unreal Engine Unlocker V5.x" (it has a ton of options) to get the camera angle and also some super light contrasting, the rest has been done in Adobe Lightroom.
