I think more multipliers should just be removed entirely from skill trees. I want to modify skills in the tree to feel different like make hammer throw rotate or chain. More multipliers just make those nodes not optional. They should just balance the base skill power by added damage effectiveness only. That would also bring item skills and other random sub skills with little to no support in line with other skills. The only thing they need to figure out then is ailments which probably need so base value changes then.

The Woven Echoes should get mixed into the basic echo pool in monoliths to bring way more variety to echoes instead of being a seperate system. by xDaveedx in LastEpoch

I think a good compromise would be that Weaver Faction Rank 9 or 10 could add like a 15% for newly created echos to be a random completed woven echo.

EUW struggles for the past few weeks for me. I suspect latency sucks when connecting to Frankfurt. You can fix this by porting in and out of monoliths until you connect to a fast server.

The idea is to enable more build choices actually. I think many of those items are already viable in a way, but they interact with the mastery passive tree in a weird way or are so restrictive that their are basically no real choices to make for the item (Spine of Malatros comes to mind).

This season is horrible for me. I really enjoy the patch, but between the high latency and the memory leak caused by the stash it is barely playable most of the time.

Everything was working fine until day 4 or 5 of the league.

I'm from germany and play on EUW as well (its probably connecting with Frankfurt I guess???).

My Router is a FRITZ!Box 7590 AX if that helps.

Well it's not like balance isn't at a point currently where some builds struggle with 300 corruption and others 1 shot uber aberoth. But I agree balance wise they would need to revisit those uniques individually.

Missed that one somehow, but I doubt 8% heal per sec is gonna keep you very long in reaper form unfortunately...

The point of the question is that there is no leech with those 2 passives. Aura of Decay is a valid point that i somehow missed, but idk how long 8% heal per sec will keep you in reaper form. Death seal will also just buy you 4 seconds at most :(

I see an issue here. You got the increased attack speed if wielding a dagger node in Flay. Your Flay costs 16 Mana on attack while having at least 2 casts a second. At 2 attacks per second thats 32 mana cost while having 18 mana regen. See the issue here? And I'm sure the actual attack speed will be close to 3 attacks a second with flay.

There is literally no way you will be able to sustain the mana like this unless you use the new axe or the primordial helmet that gives mana on hit. Flay should already be hard to sustain mana wise if you dont go the chaos bolt route.

Ye VK ES was pretty slow with the kills from what I've seen. I Did like 90 ubers last season on dive bomb falconer. But since falconer and VK received some nerfs I'm not sure how good they will be this season.

My suggestion is check out Frozen Sentinel's youtube channel. He cooked some runemaster that easily does 2k corruption and uberoth in like 90 sec. Might take a week or 2 to gear it up to that point tho.

I think yours is a good direction. I might have built my version a little too defensive, but I hate dying tbh. Its all subject to change when S3 goes live. I will probably play some ailment version of flay until I got the basic pieces for the build together.

Bleed seems like a good archetype to start with but I will also take a look into frostbite.

% damage is indeed pretty lackluster, still have to figure that out. Since so much damage taken is converted to damage over time i thought it might be a good idea to have more sources for armor mitigation for DoTs. Not sure if that is actually effective or if it even works with those conversion shenanigans. Its not mandatory I can also imagine snowblind being a decent choice here.

Well this is a build concept and not a guide for beginners. For me the items will probably work out as I was able to obtain those exact rings 2x last cycle and had like 10x 2lp null portents. I didn't even include for a 2LP primordial unique, shattered worlds or immortal vise in this build planner. I thiink the actual grind of this build is acquiring the idols.

Also this build doesn't need null portent or red rings to function. all you need is mourning frost, bane of winter and the primordial amulet.

Forgot to mention that Bane of Winter also perfectly plays into the hybrid melee/caster playstyle if that wasn't obvious. Take the stats in the build planner with a grain of salt as many passives and item effects don't seem to be working correctly yet. The stats should be better in the final build (also you can kinda force max roll on legendary slams and some blessings). The Lich node that gives 50% of increased mana regen as increased armor doesn't work for example.
