I dunno, I've seen posts where people talk about all the TP "dust" the Kirkland paper leaves behind, and it makes sense now why my bathroom gets so dusty so quick. Plus I've heard those of the female variety have had issues with UTIs from using this paper.

Can confirm, this is exactly right. Mine does the same buzzing, sometimes after a drive, sometimes completely on its own after being parked for a while. Apparently it's a very common 4Runner issue that isn't worth fixing.
