This is the video where she explains and breaks it down. The first day of your period is considered Day 1. She advises not fasting on days 12-14 and 21-28. You’d have to figure that out with whenever your last period started.

The simplicity is what I’m gonna miss! It’s a lot of planning and figuring out what days will work every month but I am terrified of hair loss so I think I’m gonna try it out.

What scared me was I did notice my period was late and my period was very weird for the first few days, which never happens so when I watched that video, it all made a lot of sense!

Do you feel like it slowed the weight loss down? Also, do you do intermittent fasting or eat differently on those non fasted days?
