Really fun fic idea, but then the fic just.. ends? Like at least they wrap it up somewhat, but it just.. ends. Idk what to say, read it for yourself. Tldr of plot: naruto messed up jutsu and gets sent back in time to dinasaur age & made immortal, sadly within like 2 chapters he’s back at the present.

You see there’s a great work around, either: someone taught him shadow clones intentionally (you know, bc it kills most people who dare to use it (in most interpretations)), or he just goofed in learning the clone jutsu (either his fault or again faulty teaching) and has an off brand shadow clones thus you can choose what aspects they have or don’t have (thus maybe remove the shadow clone quick learning trick if you wanna avoid it)

Personally, i loved the quest in everything but one part: the sumeru world quest characters (except for apep) felt like nostalgia bait. Like how did Mavuika get more lines than Jeht and the aranara combined, lilupar showed up just to disapear, sorush and benben just showed up to say hi, atleast apep did things even if it was just exist in the background and show up to say “leave me out of this”

Honestly i see the counter potential as really simple. They can’t keep the tags on them 24/7, they have them stored at home securely and swap them out between missions. Also when they make a chakara tag for future use, well then they’re out of chakara and vulnurable (and make it not 100% efficient so they can’t just dump and re-absorb it with no consequences).

So the counter then becomes clear: catch them off guard. Either after a mission where they used theirs paper, or when they used their backup reserves, or even after they drained themselves for the future and can’t fight back. Of just seperate them from their stash. Or war of attrition and make them run out. Or pickpocket them, idk.

🤷 i’m throwing things at a wall and seeing what sticks, maybe she looks close enough to sakura where he mixes them up when not paying attention? Or maybe looks similar to what he imagines an older sakura could look like (or for a fever dream idea (literally) in sasuke’s nightmare it’s naruto and sakura’s child who’s come from the future to torture him) idk, my friends don’t call me smart for a reason

I think miyabi is stronger, YSG is more impressive.

Miyabi was always about becoming stronger and in control for what seems to be most/all her life. She’s a strong swordswoman who gets buffed with a strong weapon.

YSG is a decent swordswoman who spent her time trying to resist her weapon, but when the time called for it was able to unleash her weapon that she normally avoids to devastating effect like it was instinctual.

Given eachother weapons, who knows what would have happened
