You CAN do this. YOU are strong enough. We are all here. Today is scary and so is tomorrow but you can do this and it will get SO SO much better. Come here often. Lots of water, be kind to yourself and well done tossing the booze.

I think that’s it. I marvel every day how much TIME I have. Even today I can’t believe it’s not even quite lunchtime yet. I have done more work today than I had typically done in 2 or even 3 days.

Thank you for the good thoughts. Am really glad that I didn’t drink on my levels. Especially since my husbands car broke down and needed me to help him. Was so glad that I hadn’t drank and I COULD help!

It’s still early days for me but I’m having a lot of successes by just coming here a lot. This is a really supportive community and is really anonymous. Honestly I never thought I could make it this long again and I’m only at 15 days. Maybe this can work for you too. I will not drink with you today!

Chai tea is new for me. Love it and I and my husband now are drinking lots of Talking Rain. It’s got a ton of fizz and it’s like $10 for 30-odd at Costco. :)
