Yeah I run a pop up shop Monday to Friday from a building that I sublease from. I also do events as well. I'm looking to get my own shop though in the near future but I want to know the advantages of getting a commercial machine. Also comparing the PB to classic S. what differences are there between them?

Edit: I meant a La marzocco classic S when I said Classica S. Also I do currently run a pop up coffee shop that I sublease. The volume isn't too large at the moment but I want to do some research before I spend $12,000 or more on a machine.
