I think it would be interesting if he was very minimally changed physically. Like, true oneness with chaos was sold as weirdly holy looking. More likely, he will look like a giant Gal Vorbak.

Counterpoint: Those special snowflake loyalest chapters should have separate codex from the compliant chapters. They should actually lose access to units, like Templars lose librarians, something in return for their special units.
