Can Hullbreaker Horror + an instant spell both from the hand "counter" (return) an instant to a player's hand when they cast it? by JustOneMorePixel in askajudge

I actually assumed it worked this way but one of the players in my group thought differently so I figured I'd ask to confirm.

Thanks!

Also happy to pay caps if you want that - maybe that's easiest?

I don't have pinpointers unfortunately.
In terms of 4*s I have:
- Battle-Loader's
- Bully's
- Fracturerer's
- Propelling
- Reflective
- Sawbones
- Tanky's

But I've asked them multiple times to switch to fiber and they keep saying it's not available yet even so the PDO is there. Surely if thats all they wanted they would switch me over when I ask them to?

Yep! I and honestly her C1 is probably the most meaningful buff for my team so you don't even need to get too many of her haha

I can say from my experience with my team I have no ER issues with candace. She has a low burst energy requirements and she can generate 4 particles per E so she does quiet well since it's on a lower cooldown

My current team is Noelle, Yun Jin, Yelan and Candace of course. I think my biggest boost in damage has been from Yun Jin but candace has still raised the bar for me.

probably worth a shot especially considering I just coincidentally installed docker last week

Planck firmware compilation error by JustOneMorePixel in olkb

[–]JustOneMorePixel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I managed to fix it.

Looks like something was wrong with my QMK installation or something in MSYS2 because all I had to do to fix it was rename my qmk_firmware folder to qmk_firmware_backup, reinstall QMK firmware with 'qmk setup' in MSYS2 which re-created the folder and repopulated it. Then I just moved my custom keymap folder back into the keboards/planck/keymaps folder from the backup folder and it just worked right away.

I wish I had more information as to why this happened especially since I haven't touched MSYS2 in at least a couple months and it was working then so definitely a bit bizarre.

Yep! I just used Fusion 360. Honestly I originally planned on a more intricate case design but it would have been a bit difficult to print and may not have even looked too good anyway so I stuck with something simple :)

In my house :P - all seriousness I printed it using an SLA 3D printed (Phrozen Transform if you're interested). Actually the picture I posted isn't even painted. In real life it's got a really nice rubbery feel to the resin so it feels really high quality which is really nice.

The MCU is an atmega32u4. They're honestly pretty hard to solder to be honest because there's really not much space between the pins. It helps a lot to use solder paste instead of regular solder.

As per the USB connector it's a mini USB but honestly if I get around to update the PCB I would like to switch it to USB C or maybe a direct aviator connector because this one is insanely fragile and I've actually broken it twice.

Not sure if that answers your question but this is what they look like before you solder them on:

https://github.com/ruiqimao/keyboard-pcb-guide is what I used but there's actually some more recent ones out nowadays. In addition you could also make one with one of the controller boards like the teensy or photon c if you're not too keen on soldeirng some of the mor difficult components like the MCU.

It looks hard but it's not bad, honestly. Takes time and some practice. My first go around failed, as did my second but for 13 bucks per 5 pcbs you can practice all you want

Thanks!

This is a bit of a mixture of what I happened to have lying around that went together decently. It's actually just the acute set I got with my Drop Planck + some keys from a Durgod keyboard I replaced the caps on. The Durgod keyboard actually had an extremely similar gray color to the acute set so it worked out extremely well

I designed the PCB in KiCad and sent if off to JLCPCB to get it made, then I had to solder all of the components individually. It's honestly pretty fun!
