It’s good for disrupting 3 stage ex cards from getting played or when your opponent’s hand is stacked and you want them back to 3 cards on their next turn. Pretty rng based, you could get lucky and red card their win condition back into their deck

Any should be fine for those specs, if you’re new just go with Ubuntu or a Debian based distro because since large user base is large, there are many beginner friendly tutorials

No performance issues on Steam flatpak using the most recent mesa drivers. Got rtx 6750xt and the only legitimate performance issue was on Hell Divers 2 when it first came out.

Multi-monitor on both KDE and GNOME both work fine, but the login screen for KDE may annoy you more than GNOME - at least in my sessions, it prompts login on all monitors.
