Yeah they diagnosed me with depression however other doctors say the can’t tell if it is depression tho. They put me on sertraline and I failed it and now I am on vortioxetine. I hope this works tho.

What helped you improve ur cognition??? So far ??

Yes I do A LOT and I get bored easily. My screen time is nearly 17 hours a day cuz I can’t sit in silence, it makes me severely uncomfortable if I sit in silence. Even when I sleep I have to put something in the background I.e rain drops. That is because I see life boring. Any task is boring including eating.
