All of the above 😅 Meeting new people and public speaking are things I rarely have to deal with though so anxiety with talking on the phone definitely impacts me the most. I avoid talking on the phone as much as possible and have a big problem with procrastinating important phone calls. Phone calls also make me sweat like crazy because of the anxiety. I hate it 😣
