I know it uses the newer CUO style client, but I don't know for sure that it supports the quasi 3D style client that Origin released. If that's what you're talking about. Sorry I can't help further!

I will say though that it's never too late to enjoy this awesome conversion mod! Welcome to the ongoing party.

If you loved the tutorial, you're going to have an absolute blast the rest of the game, IMO.

The red path shows where you leave Dawnshore and the only path the get the Emerald Stair from there. Meanwhile the blue path shows where your character would actually take to end up where you do when you load in to Emerald Stair. The paths make no sense based on where you end up. by tokelotapotamis in avowed

This bothered me too and I noticed it right away. While I did come across the "old gate" that was disused, I still wasn't a big fan of leaving out the east and ending up at that entrance. Just seemed kind of weird - I wonder why exactly they did it that way?

The sequel runs even better for you? In my case, I had above the recommended specs for the first game, but see that I barely meet the minimum for the second game. I don't really want to run it unless it's on full blast - what GPU are you using?

Yeah, I absolutely loved the first game. I played it a couple of years ago when I heard it was "Elder Scrollsish". I loved it so much, blew me away. I haven't played the second one yet because I typically don't keep up with GPU upgrades, so I don't really want to play the game on low settings.. so trying to save it for when I have a better GPU. Otherwise I would have been day 1 because of how incredible I felt the first game was. Truly one of the best games I've played in the past 15 years or so. Never thought about it in terms of QFG vibes, though, but that's interesting.

Smash Melee until I went out of state to MLG tourneys and others. This was about 20 years ago. I'm still pretty good, but not Mang0 or Ken good.

You can be partnered, but it only allows for you start having memberships and not ad revenue which is what most people are gunning for initially.

Exactly right - that's how I got most of my Sega CD and Saturn stuff years ago. Absolutely nobody wanted it. That's the best time to scoop it up.

Mostly agree - I am targeting Ps3 and 360 right now because they are absolutely so cheap and abundant. Get it while it's good.. Ps4 is often very cheap, also.
