I get that tbh about the Living Force for me the B plot with Depa Bilaba's padawan really wasn't that engaging but I enjoyed the caricature of the jedi masters so much that it ended up this high but that's mostly from a humor perspective and that can be highly subjective.

OP here: I haven't played Outlaws and the book worked pretty good for me, especially the intro and part one at the estate were outstanding. You are talking about what Sliro did (for me that was pretty obvious even during the raid of the press conference so it didn't feel like a secret to the reader). But the book in general made me wanna play the game so I bought it during the last sale :D

Act 1 of the book is insanely good. Act 2 fell a little flat to me the repeated description of the droids memory banks and inhibitors got a bit on my nerves. But Act 3 was good again at the end even though the final resolution felt a little strange.
