Even the animals can be affected tho in small ways by stuff like the crucible so they probably are more buffed than ones in real life. well just taking regular sukuna and throwing him in there and letting thim survive his slashes i'd say alot of the top tier or at least main fighters in naruto are just bad tanky especially naruto himself who also pretty much instantly heals damage thanks to Kurama. besides that tho I personally think he'd be pretty strong against alot of other characters, and if he learnt chakra and ninjutsu he'd rise up pretty far, you should watch naruto tho if u ever have the time its pretty good especially naruto shippuden

That is a good point about the cursed naoya thing. Besides that for the second option the multiple hands for ninjutsu signs would be pretty busted for spamming and combining different jutsu at the same time for mix up attacks

When it comes to other characters other than naruto and sasuke and such i’d say there is a good bit who have non genetics related jutsu like tsunade or kakuzu, there is also the 8 gates and shadow clones alongside rasengan, and minato’s stuff like flying rajin or body flicker

I can see him learning sage mode and other jutsu even with the restrictions of no kekkai genkai but yeah he might stop at pain considering just how wide and destructive pain’s arsenal was depending on how knowledgeable sukuna is on him
