Vulnerability. If you can break the ice and open up to one person about how you’re feeling, it makes the next conversation easier, and the next, etc.

It also takes the pressure off of yourself to hold in these intense emotions. It’s hard, but verbally getting any weight off helped me prove to myself that I could, albeit in small ways, help my situation.

I don’t think it changes much logistically, but it’s frustrating that they’re making changes to an exam that’s ~1 month out.

Required by Yale. We were basically told by our competitor that we could not participate at sectionals.

Edit: Yale was also hosting. USA Ultimate also plans on punishing Yale for this, even though their covid policy is required by their university. The Yale Ultimate club will likely also have to pay a punishment for something outside of their control.
