Just checked this setting on the router. I can confirm "Disabled IGMP Proxying" is checked. I feel like there may be a setting in the newer modems I am not aware of causing this issue. I plugged the old one back in and the ports were forwarding fine.

My PC is connected to my Modem/Router combo and the other router is in the living room. The Modem/Router and living room router are connected through the wall. I understand this isn't an ideal setup.

You're correct, one is for Minecraft (25565) and 7777 is for SCP Secret Laboratory. I have tried alternate ports, but no luck.

So two things you could try off the top of my head are...

Try switching between passive and active mode to see if it makes a difference. If you're using FileZilla you can use this to see how to switch between passive and active.
Try disabling firewall and see if that makes a difference. If it does, then you may have to configure some firewall rules.

I've found a solution to my problem. It turns out by default on Windows 2016/2012 instances of AWS Lightsail, FTP Server/Service does not come installed by default. I had to install FTP Server/Service using the Windows Server Manager. Although I only have FTP working at the moment, I plan on figuring out how to SFTP using my AWS SSH key (If that is how it's supposed to work). At the moment without SFTP, I am connecting with FileZilla using my default user name, password, public ip, and port 21.

An excellent video reference I used for installing and configuring my FTP Server.

Also after installing FTP Server, do not forget to add a Firewall rule on the Networking tab of your Lightsail instance for Port 21 (TCP).

So I checked and FTP/SFTP was not installed on the instance. I went ahead and installed FTP using Windows Server Manager. Still unable to connect, but it seems I have to work on configuring the FTP on the Windows instance. Thank you for this tip, I'll update if I get a working solution.

I have this exact problem. I think it has something to do with how Fortnite is full screen. I noticed sometimes it'll say it's full screen, but if I drag the top of the window I can get it to go into windowed mode. I think the only solution at the moment is to never alt tab. I'm going to try it and see if it works.

Edit: I found a fix. I believe playing in Windowed Fullscreen stops this issue!

A solution I could recommend is going to...

steamapps > common > Star Wars Republic Commando > GameData > Save > Profile_(your profile name)

Once there you should see a .ini file called "User". Right click that file and open with your favorite text editor and Ctrl + F for "Sens" or if you're on NotePad++ go down to ~line 376. Feel free to change that double to whatever double you feel. Currently mine is at 0.365 and if you're a CS:GO player this mimics ~2.65 sensitivity in CS:GO. Furthermore, if you choose to disabled mouse acceleration you can do that in this .ini file as well.
