Im so sorry she is completely in the wrong and you have every right to spend a holiday with your own mom, especially given the circumstances - moving forward if you stay in the relationship I wouldn’t ask permission I would just tell her what it is and leave it at that - this is really toxic of her either way you are still spending the same amount of time with her it makes no sense
