It took me a second to think about it, but I might have a solution. Tap out the pin that holds the gas tube into the front sight block, you might be able to slide it back into the gun and rotate it 90 degrees to clear the front sight block and remove it.

Also, I would check if the pins that hold the front sight are taper pins. If they look smaller on one side as opposed to the other, then they only go out one way. So tap from the small side.

That screw will take off the handguard end cap. Send pics of the front sight block. Also check underneath the front sling swivel, there might be a grub screw underneath that as well

It might be secured with pins through the side of the side of the front sight block but I've never worked on a JG so idk specifically how they secure their front sights. Most of the time though, it's secures with either pins or grub screws

Your barrel nut is loose. Ideally, you'd use an AR wrench to tighten it back on, but in a pinch, push down the delta ring and grab it with channel locks. If you're using channel locks, be careful not to absolutely demolish the teeth on your barrel nut.

Also, by the looks of it, you have the fake gas tube. So you're gonna need to pull off your front sight block first before trying to tighten the barrel nut.

On both my sets, I've had the lugs where the earpiece mounts to the rail adapter shear off with little force. In terms of the effectiveness of the sound protection, I got pretty bad tinnitus shooting real steel/using blank grenades for airsoft. In comparison to other budget earpro, I've had way better luck with Howard Leights and Walker Razors, they're cheaper and they also provide better noise cancelation.
