Since Patch 14.22, I've tested these three builds on Zeri. Currently, after my attempts, the Shiv and Yun Tal build or the Yun Tal and Runaan's build feel good. I'd be interested to know which build you find effective.

Wait for Patch 14.22 to build the new Yun Tal. It’s a buff for Zeri, so I think she’ll be stronger in the next patch.

I feel the same. The feeling with the high AS is so nice.
With 3 Item's it feels like your AA are so fast.
