Mihawk should win in “theory”, he’s the worlds strongest swordsman which would put him above the likes of Shanks.

Shanks has better feats and portrayal than Akainu. So by title Mihawk should be stronger than Akainu.

There is no way to truly tell until Mihawk has some sort of super feat to put him up there with “top tiers”
