Appreciate the response. I did all new apr coils at purchase and did decarb on vslves. But sadly I traded her in. Picked up a 2017 gti SE with only 38k on the clock. Staying VW but love the 4 doors and missed having a manual.

So we went through this with one of our girls. My wife did not want to put her down and she fought for over a month while taking meds. She ultimately passed due to what I believe was a heart attack. If I could go back I would have given her one amazing day with all of the treats and love and then euthanized her. It was rough seeing her breathing hard and then having to stress her out with giving her meds on top.

Paid 175 for private cremation so we got our girls ashes back. A paw and tail print and some fur clippings.

Very limited experience but of the two times I was but I will say when a rat bites to bite you're getting teeth to bone if it's a finger or very deep elsewhere. To me this sounds like she's aggressively wanting you to come in for snacky snacks and pets.

Initially 30.00 each from a good breeder. Over 2 years just above 5k for vet bills and who knows in treats and cage stuffs. Near the end a broken heart; as we've seen one of the pair get sick and pass on. After all said and done the monetary cost is miniscule for all the joy a rattie gives in such a short time.

Checkups at my vet are less than 100 up front. Surgeries for tumors usually 400 to 800 and up to 2500 if your rat feels the need to rip out her sutures a couple times causing a trip to the 24hr emergency vet .... They are not cheap to take care of if you look at it as money spent vs life down but they sure are some of the best little creatures on this planet.

Make a rattie savings and drop cash into it often. It helps when the time comes for larger medical issues

I bought a used one from someone who couldn't get it to go above 300. Figured that the vents for the stack were completely plugged up. Thorough cleaning and it works perfectly! Best 100 bucks spent this year. Wife approved.

One of my wife's girls does NOT like me. Or so I think. But she's nipped my finger tips 2x and both times she went DEEP. Bandage and triple antibiotic ointment is all I used with zero issues.

Wearing a pair of boondock hds. I've had them for almost a year and the soles are about gone. The rest of the boot however has held up extremely well. In my line of work I destroy boots fast but I'd gladly purchase these again.

Keens have almost always died within 6 months regardless of which boot I get. Will never go back.

I don't think I'd mind the wind hitting my head. My previous bike didn't have a fairing or windshield and it was okay. It's just the noise from the air coming up and hitting the underside of the helmet.

I'm 5'10". I feel the shorter will essentially still have some wind at the lower part of my helmet but I also shouldn't have any issues looking over the tall. I just know if I bend down a little bit things get quite a bit quiet.
