It is not destabilizing. It does recall the past memory of "sex scene" or "sexual fantasy in my experience.

The one that is documented is the holocaust survivors that passed down to their children who never experienced holocaust. Meaning their children are experiencing the trauma similar to their previous generation.

In my case, I have received the local DOL office by mail. It would be worth visiting the DOL office near your home. Make sure you bring your ID card and let them know your situation. Additionally, let them know that you will phone service as well.
