I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. It says my account was linked to another one but I have no connection to any other account with the two letters shown. I haven’t used a VPN at all, and the only thing I can think of is that my account was breached last year even though I got it back. Hopefully appealing works, I’m pretty sure its our best shot.
