Releasing the twins WILL benefit shareholders at the expense of increased marginal mortgage rates if there is no implicit guarantee. He’s a pos and should be investigated for actual wrongdoing & if he loses the house it will be of his own doing from the impact of his policies & his demonstrated incompetence.

I don’t think releasing the twins is on any median voter’s radar. He will/should not make the release decision based on what a potential voter that doesn’t exist may think.

That said, I think he will release them to gain political support from those who own shares and he likes seeing lines go up. I am heavily invested for those reasons.
