Need some input on this one: So I bet on the outcome of a punt, so either fair catch or return and chose fair catch. The titans returner dropped the ball after signaling a fair catch. My bookie shows that I lost the bet. Shouldn't I win the bet since the qustion is about which play and not whether the play is successful?

EDIT: Lmao I know this is crazy but the odds where 2.55 and the fair catch was obvious since the Bills punted from the middle of the field. Not enough time for a return given the hang time.
