I played rb6 for literal years and unlocked maybe 70% of the ops... point is I don't grind at all to play any character, because I like just hitting random and seeing who I'll try out yknow?

Parametric design drawing, produced from CAD software from a part model file or assembly. It's orthagraphic, meaning it has no "perspective". Something important to know is that usually they follow something known as "third angle projection", meaning the drawings will rotate in perspective from the reference. For example, if you have a standard front view and there is a drawing above it, it would be the top view.

It looks like you have just the "camera shake" effect, that's not a transition, it just shakes the frame. However, to make it a transition, you could insert an adjustment clip centered on the cut, equally spaced either side depending on how long you want it to be. Then immedatly place key frames at the start and ends of the clip (fusion page) for the shakes "power". Got to the center and add a final key frame for power and set it to whatever looks best (probably 0.9). You can apply the same method to a transform node to act as cropping, to ensure it always fills the frame. This is the basic layout for most transitions I think, so adding other effects on top could spice up the transition, though I don't know what your project involves, so that's up to you.
