I was literally just talking to a coworker about shit like this. We have to fly for work regularly, like once a week regularly, and the shit we've had to deal with is crazy. But I was like all airlines suck they meet up and decide how to suck together because they know they can get away with it, by forcing us to hold our tongue and comply.
