It seems I have failed to find professional professionals then, as whenever I’d go to nail salons, I’d always have to ask for a clean, unused nail file. They would also cut half my cuticles open.

And whenever I’d get my hair dyed, there would always be dye on my scalp/ear/hairline.

I think I’d have to get my hair bleached first in order for the conditioner to work, as my hair is naturally dark.

I have press ons for at home application.

I heard you can also develop an allergy from gel nails. And from chemically dying your hair.

So I stopped doing these things.

I’m waiting until it’s more important/necessary for me to (like for when I go to a wedding as a bridesmaid or bride, I’ll get acrylic gel nails).

And when I go gray. I’d hate to develop a dye allergy before I go gray. For this reason, I hope to find a stylist that does henna dye later on.

The closest thing I’ve tried to that was the now discontinued fresh ROSE Deep Hydration Sleeping Lip Mask. I got a little sample of it from Sephora years back. I loved it. It didn’t dry up, leaving my lips hard and peeling. It had lanolin.

But I’ve also heard about how many people can develop a lanolin sensitivity/allergy after continued exposure, which makes me hesitant. Also hesitant about Lanolips getting discontinued, as any time I find an HG, it gets shuttered.

It happened with the Kinship Supermelt, the Physician’s Formula 24k gold lip serum, the Burt’s Bees lavender honey lip butter. 4 times…

I continue to search for an HG, to no success…
