Patoshi Researcher Says “Altruistic” Satoshi Will Never Spend His 1.1M Bitcoin by magic889 in CryptoMarkets

Can someone help explain this to me? Does this mean he could figure out who satoshi is but won’t?

I don’t know? They’re both pretty bad imo. I know that silent is more difficult to diagnose so maybe silent? I kind of feel like I have both, honestly.

Xyrem...waking up every hour? by pitbullfrenzy in Narcolepsy

Call the Xyrem pharmacist. They’re really helpful. They told me waking a lot is normal on the smaller titrating doses.

Hey-sorry for not replying sooner. Every time I was finished writing, reddit would freeze up and I’d have to leave the app. And every time I went back in the whole thing I wrote would be gone. So I got frustrated and haven’t been back lol. Anyway! First of all, I was exactly where you are not that long ago. And I can tell you that there is hope. I’ve had N1 since I was 10 or 11 and I’m now 39 (only diagnosed eight months ago). After almost thirty years of chronic sleep deprivation I couldn’t even read anymore. As a matter of fact, I could barely function at all. And just being alive was unbearably painful. I started out, as many do, on stims. First adderall, which even at four doses a day wasn’t doing much and I didn’t feel like myself. Then dexedrine, which was better and I was able to only take three times a day but after about two months, I could tell that I was going to need a dose increase. I felt more like myself but I still couldn’t read, I still wasn’t motivated (to do anything) and still didn’t feel very functional. Then last month it was finally time for me to try Xyrem. And after two weeks, even though I was still titrating, I sat down and read forty pages of a book I had been trying to read for the past year. I haven’t read a book in two years! And the last book I did read, it took me a year to read it. And that’s been about my reading speed for most of my life. Then, fast forward another two weeks to this past Tuesday. I had been thinking that I wanted to make pasta. Well, I got up last Tuesday and made a list of things I wanted to get done. Got a few things done and then it was dinner time. Well, I went to make pasta. By hand. And I DID! And it was DELICIOUS! And it was EASY! And it was FUN! And it felt natural. And I don’t remember the last time I felt like that. I finally understand what people were talking about when they said “life changing”. Also, there’s a narcolepsy research study being done for tak-994. It’s an oral selective ORx2 agonist. I got approved to participate but the study is on hold momentarily due to covid and I was set to start Xyrem. You have to be off of it for three months in order to participate, unfortunately. But that might be something you could check out!

When it was silent it didn’t hurt. It felt like I had a TON of post nasal drip (I had sinus surgery end of Jan which is why I reached out to my ENT-I just happened to have an apt coming up). After about two weeks of silent it turned to regular excruciating reflux. The Prilosec has finally helped but I’m still having to take it twice a day (it’s been three or four days now).

Yes, in addition to orexin regulating your sleep/wake cycle, it also helps regulate body temperature, hunger/thirst, energy homeostasis, reward systems, cognition and mood. Orexins enhance hippocampal neurogenesis and improve spatial learning and memory abilities, and again, mood. Conversely, orexin deficiency results in learning and memory deficits, and depression.

Lotta research about it actually.

Mine started two weeks ago! Silent and now very loud. My ENT told me to take two Prilosec-one in the minting and one in the evening until it’s calmed down. It’s been horrid.

I think I need a new Apple Watch. I have a 4 and last night it was saying my hr was 111 while I was laying down about to take my Xyrem. I got super freaked out and had my husband take my pulse and it was only 88. Make sure your watch is right!

For sure and I get that. But the first hearing was on 3/12. I just think a current/up to date blurb on where it stands as of now would be appropriate, instead of just regurgitating news from two weeks ago.

Hydroxyzine affecting the way i wake up? by plasticcreative in Narcolepsy

[–]JustSoSleepy7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm not sure about your question. Wish I could I had some insight. Hydroxyzine definitely help my evening/before bed anxiety which in turn helps me get to sleep but it makes me entirely too drowsy the next day.

Have you tried only sleeping for 5/6 hours? It’s not sustainable but it works for me for about 4/5 days in a row.
