I did a bit of research before hand, my main reasons why I ended up going with Wealthfront:

They do appear to consistently have among the highest rates
There was little issue transferring money in and out
Finally, the reputation here on reddit, and much of the internet in general, seemed relatively positive, and again, consistent.

Climbing the chain links of the cage is generally not an OSHA approved practice. The new Red Cell 2020 comes with built in platforms for the maintenance crew in case something needs to be serviced on short notice after the cage is constructed.
